Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MyPump mobile application, website at getmypump.com, and related services (collectively, the “Service”) provided by StakeLab Pte Ltd (“MyPump”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Who can use MyPump

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service.
• If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account credentials secure.
• You may not use the Service if you are prohibited from doing so under applicable law or if we have previously suspended or terminated your account.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at support@getmypump.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the Service or other users.
• You may delete your account by contacting support@getmypump.com as described on our Support page.

3. The Service

MyPump is a social platform that lets users create profiles, publish posts, follow other creators, like and comment on content, discover profiles and posts, and optionally use blockchain-based creator token features.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

4. Your content

Ownership

You retain ownership of content you create and upload (“User Content”), including photos, captions, comments, profile information, and other materials. You are solely responsible for your User Content.

License you grant us

By posting User Content on the Service, you grant MyPump a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, and otherwise use your User Content solely to operate, promote, and improve the Service (including showing your content to other users as intended by the product). This license ends when your content is deleted from our systems, except where content has been shared by others, cached, or stored on public blockchains outside our control.

Representations

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary rights to post your User Content.
• Your User Content does not violate these Terms, applicable law, or any third-party rights (including privacy, publicity, copyright, and trademark).
• Your User Content does not contain malware or harmful code.

5. Community guidelines

You agree not to post, upload, or engage in conduct that:

• Is illegal, fraudulent, or promotes illegal activity.
• Harasses, bullies, threatens, or incites violence against others.
• Is hateful, discriminatory, or targets individuals or groups based on protected characteristics.
• Is sexually exploitative, involves non-consensual imagery, or depicts minors inappropriately.
• Is spam, misleading, impersonates others, or manipulates engagement (fake likes, follows, or bots).
• Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Contains private personal information of others without consent (“doxxing”).
• Promotes scams, phishing, or unauthorized financial schemes.
• Attempts to interfere with or compromise the Service (hacking, scraping, reverse engineering where prohibited).

We may remove content, restrict visibility, or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines. Repeated or severe violations may result in permanent termination.

6. Social features

• Following and feeds: When you follow a profile, you may see their posts and updates in your feed.
• Likes and comments: Your interactions may be visible to other users depending on product design.
• Search and discovery: Public profiles and posts may appear in search and explore features.
• Reporting: If you see content or behavior that violates these Terms, report it to support@getmypump.com with relevant details.

7. Creator tokens and blockchain features

MyPump may offer optional features related to blockchain tokens (e.g. via Pump.fun and Solana). You acknowledge that:

• Blockchain transactions are irreversible and recorded on public networks outside MyPump’s control.
• Token prices can be volatile. MyPump does not provide financial, investment, or legal advice.
• You are solely responsible for compliance with laws applicable to digital assets in your jurisdiction.
• We are not responsible for losses due to wallet compromise, smart contract behavior, network congestion, or third-party platform changes.
• Creator fee splits, token mechanics, and integrations may change as underlying protocols evolve.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, logos, software, and branding (excluding User Content), is owned by MyPump or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, contact support@getmypump.com with a description of the work, the infringing material, and your contact information.

9. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties (e.g. Google, Apple, Privy, Pump.fun, social platforms). Your use of those services is subject to their terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us, or where required by law. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.

11. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE SECURE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR FREE OF ERRORS.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYPUMP AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyPump from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, unless applicable law requires a different forum.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated through the app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
