Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how StakeLab Pte Ltd (“MyPump”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the MyPump mobile application, website at getmypump.com, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

MyPump is a social platform where users create profiles, publish posts, follow other creators, interact through likes and comments, send private messages, and optionally connect blockchain-based creator tokens. By using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

1. Information we collect

Account and identity information

• Email address and authentication credentials when you sign in (including via third-party providers such as Google, Apple, or Privy).
• Profile information you provide, such as display name, username, bio, profile photo, and linked social accounts (e.g. X/Twitter, Telegram, Discord).
• Device authentication settings you enable, such as Face ID or fingerprint login.

Content you create and share

• Posts, photos, captions, comments, likes, follows, callouts, and other interactions you make on the Service.
• Creator profiles you create, including media you upload.
• Private messages, group messages, and photos you send in chats.
• Reports you submit about posts or profiles.
• Search history and recent profile views stored locally on your device to improve your experience.

Blockchain and wallet information

• Public wallet addresses associated with your account through our integration with Privy and, where applicable, Pump.fun.
• On-chain token metadata linked to creator profiles (e.g. mint address, token name, symbol). Blockchain transactions are public by nature and not controlled by MyPump.

Device and usage information

• Device type, operating system, app version, language, push notification device tokens, and general usage data (e.g. features used, crash logs).
• IP address and approximate location derived from IP for security, fraud prevention, and service delivery.
• App preferences such as theme settings stored on your device.

Information from third parties

• Basic profile information from sign-in providers (Google, Apple) when you choose to authenticate with them.
• Information from linked social platforms when you connect those accounts to your profile.

2. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
• Create and manage your account and authenticate you.
• Display your profile, posts, and social interactions to you and other users according to your settings and our product design.
• Enable discovery features such as search, explore feeds, following, likes, and comments.
• Facilitate optional blockchain features, including creator token creation and wallet management.
• Send service-related communications (e.g. security alerts, support responses).
• Detect, investigate, and prevent abuse, fraud, spam, and violations of our Terms of Service.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our policies.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:

With other users (public and social features)

Content you choose to make public, including your profile, posts, likes, follower counts, and comments, is visible to other users of the Service, similar to other social networks. Please only share content you are comfortable making public. Private messages and group chats are visible only to the participants in that conversation, not on the public feed.

With service providers

We use trusted third parties to help us operate the Service, such as:

• Privy provides authentication and embedded wallet services.
• Google / Apple provide sign-in services if you choose to use them.
• Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers store data and serve the app.
• Pump.fun / Solana network receive certain data when you use token-related features. That data is submitted to public blockchains.

These providers process data on our behalf and are permitted to use it only as needed to provide their services to us.

For legal and safety reasons

We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or government request, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of MyPump, our users, or others.

Business transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to continued protection consistent with this policy.

4. Your choices and privacy controls

• Profile and content: You control much of what you share by choosing what to post and which profiles to create.
• Account deletion: You can delete your account in the MyPump app under Settings → Delete account. If you cannot access the app, email support@getmypump.com. See our Support page for what we delete and what we cannot remove (including on-chain data and limited backups).
• Device permissions: You can manage camera, photo library, and biometric permissions in your device settings.
• Marketing: We do not currently send promotional emails without your consent.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Correct inaccurate information.
• Delete your personal information.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Data portability.
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

6. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

When you delete your account, we delete the personal data we hold about you from our active systems. That includes your posts and uploaded photos, likes, comments, follows, blocks, profiles, callouts you made, linked social accounts, reports you filed or that name you, device tokens, one-to-one direct conversations (the thread is removed for both people), and the group messages you sent (you leave the group; the group remains for other members). Copies may remain in encrypted backups for a limited period, and we may retain records where the law requires it or for security, fraud prevention, or aggregated analytics that no longer identify you.

Content published on public blockchains cannot be deleted by MyPump once confirmed on-chain. Creator tokens, wallet addresses, and related on-chain history stay public. Sign-in providers such as Privy, Apple, or Google may also keep authentication records under their own policies.

7. Children’s privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

8. International transfers

MyPump is operated by StakeLab Pte Ltd and may process information in countries other than where you live. We take appropriate safeguards to protect your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

9. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect your information, including encryption in transit, secure storage for sensitive credentials, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Third-party links and services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g. social platforms, blockchain explorers, Pump.fun). Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, not this one.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised policy on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated through the app or by email where appropriate. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
